We melt good quality Ni-based Alloy Nickel Powder with Vacuum Furnaces and Induction Furnaces.
We can cast and machine the hard Nickel-based Alloy Nickel Powderas per your sizes.

Nickel-based alloys have been in use for producing various components such as vanes or combustion chambers. The material can be implemented as wrought or as precision-cast parts or as centrifugal cast parts. The design of cobalt superalloys, which is aimed at an enhancement of both their oxidation resistance and their hot corrosion resistance, has received considerable impetus recently, especially since the advent of overlay coating techniques and the extensive studies which have been undertaken to elucidate the hot corrosion mechanisms and the effect of alloying elements.

1) For samples, 1 KG is available for quality check and market test, delivery time within 2 days, ship by air transport door to door.
2) For bulk order, 50T delivery time within 15 days, 100T delivery time 20-25 days
Q2.What's your payment terms?
1) For samples, FREE Samples will be sent immediately if there are in stock.
2) For bulk orders, T/T 30% as deposit and T/T 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of your products and packages before you pay the balance.
